With tomorrow being the one year anniversary of the start of the pandemic (as announced by the WHO on 11 March), I thought it was time to take action. So, this morning I went into the VA for my first of two shots. I got the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, and I’ll get my second shot on 31 March.
No side affects, I did just fine. A little sore at the injection site but that was about it.
Tira on the other hand didn’t do so well. She got her first Pfizer vaccine back on 27 Feb and felt bad for days. On the 28th she had “the worst migraine of her life”. It was about the same for her second shot, thankfully it wasn’t worse like some people experienced.
