It’s me, tooting my own horn.

I have finished my student teaching and got an excellent review from both of my supervisors. Before the end of my student teaching the principal of my school wrote me a letter offering me a Title I reading long term sub position. I’m very proud to be asked to do this. The opportunity to learn is beyond measure. I look at this opportunity, as the school will pay me $10 an hour to take a class in reading recovery. How lucky am I? Anyway, everything is falling into place for my May 12th graduation. Including Charon will be able to come and visit at the same time. I am so excited. I have also completed all my steps for my license which should arrive hopefully sometime in June.

I have to say too, I could not have accomplished so much if it wasn’t for my wonderful husband and kids. They have really stepped up this last year so I could really dive into school.
Saying “Thank you” just doesn’t seem like enough.
