Went for a walk today with Melanie. Nicholas was camping at Mormon Wells, just north of Las Vegas, and so didn’t go with us.
We went to Pine Creek Trail, in Red Rock Canyon, a BLM area. The weather was great and it was a nice morning. Started out in the high 60’s, and ended our walk about noon in the high 80’s. We went about 4 miles and gained 400-500 feet (very pleasant) I took some pictures and decided to put them together in an album, which you can view here: Scott and Melanie’s Walk

Ooops, sorry about that Brandon. It’s working now though. Some good pictures in there, not spectacular but “real”… what it’s really like to walk up a dry wash and what it’s really like to walk past a cactus in the desert.
