As you know I have a teenagers at home. Not just one… but only one of them is special… you know by now to what I speak… only one is a driver! That means I can’t pass a car lot without a discussion of the steal on display; it means I can’t open the newspaper without handing over the classified section; it means that Melanie is now a car expert. No, not one of those “I’ve studied cars my whole life”, and not one of those “I design cars for GM”… nope. Melanie is a self-made expert. 🙂
So anyway, I’m bowing to peer pressure and have found her the perfect automobile.
1) 4 cylinder motor
2) good on gas
3) not too fast
4) only needs those personal touches to fix it up
5) doesn’t need tires
6) doesn’t need gas
Hey Melanie! I think I learned to drive in a car very similar. . . but mine was a station wagon. I’m so glad it’s just a little different because I would have had to wonder if it was the “Gs” (the dalton version of saying the grandparents). Ron and I looked at a similar one in Moldova. . .similar in condition, not model and make. I would send you a picture of it, but for some reason my external harddrive with 40 thousand pictures on it won’t power up.
Scott, I think I hate comptuers.
You know, another plus to that particular vehicle is that insurance rates should be reasonable, unless Melanie gets into an accident or gets a ton of speeding tickets or something
Wow! my very own car! I’ve always wanted an economical car. I’m not sure I like the color though.
Hey, that’s right, cheap insurance! And I trust Melanie to be so careful in this car I doubt she’d ever get a speeding ticket in it! 🙂
