I just found out something awesome!!!
I have been invited to an awards ceremony because I am a finalist in the “Do the Write Thing” essay. Each finalist will be recognized with their teacher and given an award. The two national finalists (one boy and one girl) will be announced and asked to read their winning essay. The national finalists will travel with one parent and their teacher to Washington D.C., July 18-22 to attend the National Recognition Event. My 2 sisters and mom and dad will join me for this event (the Las Vegas awards ceremony). It also says to bring my principle but i have not talked to her yet….
