I’m off to Boy Scout Summer camp with Nicholas in a few hours and I had a couple of things to pass on.
First, Nicholas spent all of last week at NYLT, National Youth Leadership Training. Pretty big deal, 5 days of leadership principles and stuff. Execs pay big money for this sort of training.
Looks like Heather might have gotten a job as a park ranger for the summer? She’s hoping to hear back this week.
Tira and the kids are out of school for the summer and planning activities. 4th of July week we’re going camping, I hope up north towards Reno. Tira is looking into that for us.
Last week NYLT for Nicholas all week.
This week we’re going to Emerald Bay scout camp on Catalina Island, CA.
Next week, I get home Sat night and Sun morning I’m going to Florida for a week, to Hurlburt AFB. I plan to take a canoe trip while there. 🙂
After that our family camping trip in July.
After that Tira and Nicholas go to WA DC for 5 days I think like 16-21 Jul?
Then after that Nicholas is going to Indiana for a week to another Boy Scout camp, 1-6 Aug.
A few weeks ago my motorcycle hit 10,000 miles. Very cool! I put every one of them on it, too. I took these pictures where she turned over. The odo clicked 10K and I pulled to the side of the road and snapped ’em.
