Convertible

So if I’ve talked to you recently you know that I bought a new convertible…. finally.

Ok, so it’s not really new… it’s “new to me”.  I bought a 1991 Geo Metro LSi convertible from the original ownwer (or so he says) for $1,000.  It has new tires, new brakes, the original top and seat covers.  Oh, the a/c works and it has a CD player.

The bad?  ummm… it looks like the motor is blown and I was cheated out of a thousand bucks.  Other than that the top is in fine shape, the tires are brand new, the paint is faded, one fender is munched (pass side, front fender) but it doesn’t look all that bad does it?

So anyway, here are some pics:

Oh, before you view… please read!

  1. Hey Bro!
Cute car, only you would buy a convertible. That said, living in Vegas would change my opinion of convertibles; and it is a purchase that our illustrious president would appreciate. Good gas milage and small. No clunkers to cash out for you!

  2. Hay Scott, it looks real cool and the economy is out of this world. I know, it does not run but just think, you can sit in it with the top down and save all that gas money. Cool! Dad
