Been a few months since I logged my life. Since my birthday, I’ve driven from Fargo, North Dakota to Las Vegas. It was a wonderful 3 week trip that meandered across 7 states, over 2,000 miles, and about 200 geocaches. Most of it I dry camped in forests or other federal lands. I’m home safe and sound from my trip to Albuquerque to see Tim who had a heart attack. Went for a hike last weekend, near Red Rock. Started out across the highway from the park in NV, outside of Las Vegas. Parked at the Cowboy Trails horse rental. Trail is called Rock Garden Trail, and is an easy walk of 2 miles or so. Horses and bicycles also use this trail area and so the trails are wide and easy to follow.
