Monument Valley
We’re heading towards Lake Powell and on the way went through Monument Valley, on the border of Arizona and Utah, east of the Grand Canyon. We’ll be in at Lake Powell, near Page AZ, for a couple of days to do some shopping and laundry before heading over to the North Rim… again! Heading home, day 1, Hovenweep
We’re not really heading home, but we are heading ‘towards’ home. Today we left our so-so campsite in the San Juan National Forest between Pagosa Springs and Durango, and headed west.
