Finally took Heather shooting for her first time ever. On the target below, she got 20 of her first 20 on paper. First 10 from 50′, second 10 from 75′. All from a single action using iron sites. Nice grouping, very verticle, very little side-to-side shake.
Heather and Melanie both tried out for their High School spring production, a series of one act plays. Heather is in a play called “Jack and Jill”, she’s Jill. Melanie is in a play called “The One Eyed Witch”, and Melanie plays a shrub.
Tonight all three of us kids are playing in an allcity band, consisting of about 1,000 other kids, and no kidding! It’s all the bands from the entire city, which is five middle schools, and two high schools. Not to mention the fact that each middle school had two bands, and each high school has three! so it should be a busy night.
