Sardine Sunset
Tira and I drove to the edge of Las Vegas to watch the sun set and to see the city lights come up. After it got dark we drove to the local racetrack and watched dragracing trial runs until 10pm or so.

Cancelled Canoe Trip and River Walk

Arrow Canyon Hike
Went for a hike with Heather and Nicholas to Arrow Canyon. It’s about an hour or an hour and a half drive from here. The hike is from 5 to 7 miles, depending upon how far you park away from the trail head. The road is pretty rough so cars and vans can’t get very close, they’d have further to walk. Hike w/Mel and Nic
Went hiking the last weekend before christmas, up to red rock canyon. we walked on the SMYC trail, about 1.1 miles each way.
