huge but really really abused. easily needs 20,000 worth of upgrades and repairs. carpet, floors and paint all have to go. 2,500 square foot of carpet is a lot. plus, kitchen (and whole house) was basic bottom of the line construction from the late 90's. on the other hand, it's huge! and the outside is wonderful. Back yard is very big also w/ quite a bit of landscaping done, but not finished.
