Ok so I know sometimes it takes longer for some people to get over a cold but this just isn’t fair. Melanie and I got sick pretty much the same day. Some kind of virus which can’t be treated we just have to ride it out. So 7 to 10 days later Melanie is felling better, her voice is scratchy but she is feeling fine. Me on the other hand, let’s see. It has now been 16 days and I am still sick. I still have blisters in my mouth, I can’t talk again!!! And I have an ear infection. Now I have a headache and pretty much sleep in the chair downstairs because I snore so loud I wake myself up if I’m lying down.
So, if any of you have any home remedies which will help me get better please share because I am so sick of being sick and I would give anything to be able to talk!!! Although I think Scott and the kids think it is kinda funny!
Okay, I’m done. I hope everyone is doing better than me.
She’s not kidding. She’s been in to see a doctor 3 times now. But they tell her there is nothing they can do, she just has to wait until it clears up. Like the common cold, I guess.
And she is right about the snoring. It’s so loud it makes the dog howl!
And of course she loves me and is sharing it w/ me also. You know what they say, right? The family that sniffles together, umm… no, you’re right, no one really says that.
Do you own the house at 211 E Ercoupe and if so, are you planning to sell it? How much are you going to ask for it?

It’s got central heat/air, refinished hard wood floors, and it still needs some love to make it perfect. If you can do the rest of the work you can certainly do well with this house. We lived in it for years and the next family will love it as much as we did.
