Tonight I bowled in a Thanksgiving 9-pin tournament at the base bowling aley. Now you know I’m a fine bowler. I carry a 170+ average and last night for example I bowled a 229 during league bowling. Well anyway, tonight was the annual Thanksgiving Turkey bowl. You know, a chance for free food! 🙂 And I’m all about free food!
Heather and Brandon both bowled with us and we had fun. Brandon and Heather both won a shirt as a door prize. And, Brandon and I both won Turkeys! SWEET! FREE FOOD! Boy I love free food.
Unfortunately I didn’t win any money! They gave cash prizes for high game and high series and stuff, but I just couldn’t hit a thing. It was a 9-pin tournament so they give you a strike if you get 9 orall 10 pins. Brandon beat me the first two games and I was higher the next two, but neither of us won any cash. That woud certainly have made it a perfect day, right? Free clothes, free food and free money. But alas, no free money for us.
But I still had fun!
