Well, it finally happened… it’s November and it’s warmer in ND than it is in NV. So Heather… no whining about weather, ok? It’s warm there…. it’s warm there…. it’s warm there…..

You know, although that might be nice most of the time, I really want it to get colder here. When we’re out doing training, it’s way too hot in all of the gear we have to wear. I want it to get to like 20 or 30.

That make sense Brandon.I completely understand about it being colder. I couldn’t imagine wearing all that gear here. When are you done with all your training? Or do Firemen train all the time?

We’re not done yet. We’re only about halfways done. We have a 5 week training initially, then we continue our training once we get on shift. Everyone trains pretty much constantly, but it’s not always a whole big setup. It could be just doing some paperwork kind of stuff. It’s been a blast though. I couldn’t imagine doing anything else.
