I went hiking with Nicholas and Melanie to AZ Hot Springs, a spot along the Colorado River a few miles downstream of the Hoover Dam. It’s a 3 mile or so hike to the hot springs, and 3 more back. 900 ft elevation change but it’s gradual so no problems there. This is my 4th time to the Hot Springs, first for the kids. We walked about 1 1/4 hours down and under 2 hours back up. We sat in the Hot Springs (maybe 20 minutes) and swam in the river (half hour or more).
